Request!! Mailbox
This may have been sugested before, I looked and didnt find it, so here is my idea:
Let each account/ or charecter have a personal mailbox.
I sometimes go afk to do something, or have drunkard title going and im not really paying attention. Once and a while I miss a PM that could of been important, two days later someone say, "So why didnt you ever pm me back!"
SoI came up with this idea, solving MY problems, I dont know about you.

Hell, use GW1 as the testing ground for a polished mail system in GW2! We don't mind! Anything at all in this line would be awesome.

Didn't we have this on prophecies betas?
This feature (or something quite similar, maybe it was a guild messageboard) was actually removed. Not sure what was the reasoning behind removing it...

It would put too much strain on the server space to have to record and hold messages for such a long period of time. Heck, there is a reason the chat screen only holds on to so many lines trade chat before it ends.
While it is a nice feature, I just think this would be a bit taxing on server space and doesn't really work with a game w/o a monthly fee.

I like the Idea, but the thought of junk mail drives me insane.

No.We never had this in beta and in an instanced game I don't know if it is needed.
